SJT 4th Alumni Reunion Committees

Reunion Committees!
A core group of alumni from the Class of '62 have begun the groundwork for this year's reunion. Father Gus has agreed to celebrate with us on Sunday, July 17th beginning with the 8:30 AM Eucharistic Celebration at St. Jude Church in Sinajana. A call for help to all SJT Alumni and friends is necessary to bring everyone together for another spiritual, nostalgic and memorable reunion!
Please review the following list of committees needed for the successful outcome of our Fourth Annual Alumni Reunion and mark the committee and the position of your choice.

Publicity: responsible for advertising news of the event in the PDN, Pacific Voice, radio broadcasts/announcements, church bulletins (Catholic and non-Catholic), etc., _____Coordinator _____ Member
- Fund-Raising: responsible for soliciting donations from local businesses, private individuals, local philanthropists; collecting and organizing items to sell, auction or raffle off at the reunion. _____Coordinator _____ Member
- Venue: responsible for securing facility for social gathering after Mass; arranging and suitable entertainment, games, ice breakers, arranging for public address system, if necessary. _____Coordinator _____Member
- Souvenirs/Registration: responsible for designing/producing Mass/venue programs, attendance, updating alumni directory, etc., ____Coordinator _____ Member
- Photography: responsible for digitally recording activities, participants (identifying names and "class-of") for our alumni website, and future memory books. _____Coordinator _____Member
